Freezer-Friendly Meal Prep Workshop

Weekday meals can be stressful for busy parents, often resulting in overspending on fast food or settling for cereal for dinner. To tackle this challenge, we introduce a delightful solution: Freezer-Friendly Meal Prep at LMM. This workshop offers 5 freezer meals, 2 soups, 1 salad, and 1 baked bread, promising a fun, relaxing, and practical experience.

Curious about how it all works? During the workshop, you and other participants will pack freezer bags or foil pans with the planned menu (similar to an assembly line), store them in your cooler or fridge bag, and take them home to freeze for a busy weeknight. Each meal will come with cooking instructions for easy preparation at home.
